Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared and shipped.

Please note: During high-demand drops or exclusive releases, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Timeframes

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight/size

We may offer free shipping promotions on select drops.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, SomewhereJugn is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please contact your carrier directly for assistance.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs (international orders)
